Paint Touches teamed up with WMURSports to bring its weekly radio show to the AL McGuire Center for Marquette Madness. NBA Guys Being Able to Come to Madness

Our first interview of the night came with former walk-on Rob Frozena. We talked about Rob’s 3-point shot against North Carolina, his career as a whole, and what he is up to nowadays.

Next, Alex Jesswein of MarquetteHoops.com joined the broadcast, and talked about Marquette Madness as a recruiting tool, with about 15 or so in attendance on Friday night. Also, we talked about Alex’s (a senior at Marquette) favorite Madness memories.

Next, former Golden Eagle, and 3-time Madness Slam Dunk champion, Joe Fulce joined us for this year’s edition of the contest. Below is the contest in its entirety, with Joe talking about what it takes to win the contest, and how to wow the judges.

Then, for the scrimmage between the five NBA players, and the current Marquette team, head coach Buzz Williams joined the broadcast. With Buzz, we talked about the impact of the NBA players coming back, his relationship with Dwyane Wade, what he gets out of boot camp, the importance of being able to defend to play for him, Davante Gardner’s jump shot, and much, much more. Truly a must listen…
